Just chatting to Chad yesterday I realised that I have been taking our caravan to him at RVs r Us Mona Vale for more that 10 years. This was from early warranty work through servicing and often difficult repairs. Over that decade of a caravan journey Chad, Marnie and their team have provided the most reliable, friendly and efficient service going out of their way to ensure the van is in tip top condition for our travels. Cant recommend them highly enough.

I recently collected my motorhome from Chad after completion of insurance related work involving replacement of a side window assembly & a respray of lower panels on one side. The work undertaken by Chad was of his usual high standard & I was delighted with the end result. His usual friendly service was once again evident. This company is amazing, Soooo helpful and friendly. They were able to quickly and efficiently replace my side mirror, repair my break lights and number plate lights and secure my passenger seat belt .... all in a few hours! Saw what else they were working on, such a wide range of beautifully fitted campers. Im going back to these guys!!!!! Thanks Chad and team.
Chad has always been patient and understanding with my requests and indulged me in wanting to do some work myself to save some money on preparation. He has lent me his car trailer at no cost to me and done an excellent on the restoration of my daughter's T3 pop; it looks brand new. I cannot fault his team's workmanship. He has a busy workshop, and you may need to wait a while for service but the wait and patience needed is worth it. Planning more work for him to undertake as well. Highly recommended.
